Equipment-aware workouts

Any gear.
Anywhere.
Get strong.

Pre-made workouts built around the equipment you actually have.

No gym?
No problem.

You don't need a full gym to train well — you need the right workout for what's in front of you. A couple of dumbbells. A band. A hotel room. Nothing at all. The hard part was never the effort; it's figuring out what to do, day after day. So most days you wing it or skip it. This hands you a real workout, every day, matched to your gear.

Three steps.

  1. 01

    Tell us your gear

Set your equipment once, swap it when you travel.

  2. 02

    Get today's workout

A complete, structured session built for what you have.

One tap to mark it done. Consistency adds up.

Why I'm building this

Madhur, founder of BetterWOD, training at his CrossFit gym

I've been doing CrossFit for about six years, and coaching for the last year and a half. Somewhere in there it clicked: you can get a genuinely good workout with whatever you've got — a pair of dumbbells, a band, an empty room. The hard part was never the movement. It was figuring out what to do, day after day, without a coach or a whiteboard telling you.

So I'm building the thing I wished existed: pre-made workouts that adapt to your equipment and your constraints, so you can stop deciding and just train — consistently — and get strong.

If that sounds like you, get on the list. I'd genuinely love to hear how you train and what's getting in your way.
